Storage and technology:

This VHR boiler is the basis for hot tap water and central heating. In addition to this facility, an inverting air-to-air air-conditioning heat pump was recently installed, which can cool the first floor in summer and heat it in winter. This gives the resident the choice of heating the house almost entirely electrically or with gas. Due to the efficient construction and good insulation, all electricity has been generated by the solar panels in recent years, making the monthly costs very low.
