The living room has a fireplace and radiators (controlled by a NEFIT central heating boiler from 2021), but there is also underfloor heating throughout the ground floor!
From the living room and kitchen you enter the attached conservatory. Not only is the tiled floor extended into the conservatory, even the kitchen worktop continues and creates a bar to sit at. The conservatory is heated by design radiators and made entirely of plastic frames with HR glass. To keep out the sun, an electric sun blind has been placed over the canopy. To increase the outdoor-indoor feeling, the sliding doors of the conservatory can be opened.
On the right side of the conservatory there is access to the indoor swimming pool. The pool can be used all year round, regardless of the weather outside.
