Villa Corinaldo - Bed & Breakfast + apartments, Le Marche This beautiful, rustic, detached villa is now in use as a successful Bed & Breakfast in the fairytale Corinaldo. This medieval, walled village is located on a hill in Le Marche. The villa is a 5-minute walk from Corinaldo and a 20-minute drive from the beach. In the charming village on the World Heritage site, all amenities are available: from restaurants to bars, (pastry) bakers, a butcher, but also schools (to the media), a sports hall, tennis courts and various sports facilities. On the edge of the village is a large shopping center with well-known supermarkets. Description of the villa The charming villa is located on a plot with an area of ??1,916m2. In the low-maintenance garden is a swimming pool (5x2 meters) with a beautiful view of the surrounding hilly landscape. There are also several seating areas for the guests and each accommodation has its own terrace with garden furniture. Ground floor All guest accommodations are on the ground floor; it concerns 2 tastefully furnished apartments and 3 Bed & Breakfast rooms. The apartments have a living-dining kitchen, bathroom and have their own terrace with garden furniture. One apartment is suitable for 2 people (1 bedroom) the other for 4 people (2 bedrooms). Each of the three Bed & Breakfast rooms has its own bathroom. These rooms also have their own sitting area and terrace. All guest rooms are tastefully and with the greatest care furnished by the Dutch management couple. Authentic elements, such as the wooden beams, have been left visible where possible. The terracotta tiled floor is not only pleasant to maintain, but also contributes to the Mediterranean atmosphere. On the ground floor there is also a breakfast room for guests, both inside and outside under the veranda. The associated kitchen was completely renovated in 2021 and equipped with new appliances.
