Description

On the first floor is the beautiful, communal entrance to Bloemgracht 126 to 226, better known as complex Elipticon. On the outside, near the pole with colorful mosaic, are the mailboxes and the doorbell panel with intercom. Once inside, you take the elevator to the 12th floor. The apartment includes a private storage room in the basement, for bicycles and other belongings.
Apartment:
Just around the corner from the elevator is the front door of this spacious, well laid out apartment. Many apartments in the building have curves, which makes it difficult to layout. But this is not the case with this apartment, only the outer wall in the living room has a slightly curved shape.
Behind the front door is the hall, with a storage room with the high-efficiency boiler on the right side. Furthermore, the living room is connected to the kitchen and adjoining living room, which are wonderfully bright and spacious.
The kitchen, like the bathroom and living room, was remodeled in 2021. The eye-catcher in the kitchen is the modern layout, which consists of three parts. The kitchen island is a good size and the tall cabinetry offers plenty of storage space. On the other side of the island is a wall unit with the sink area. All the necessary appliances are built-in: an induction cooktop with extractor fan, a dishwasher, combination oven and a refrigerator/freezer.
A large, black facade with glass partially separates the kitchen and living room. The living room with wooden floor can be divided well with a large sitting area, dining table and a play area for the youngest resident(s).
In the corner of the living room is a door to the modern, luxurious bathroom. Large, light wall tiles form a beautiful combination with the plumbing fixtures and black faucets. The space is laid out with a spacious walk-in shower and a double sink cabinet with a large mirror. The toilet is in a separate room, accessible through an intermediate hallway. Next to the bathroom is a storage room with the arrangement of the HR boiler.
Not only the living room, but also the bedrooms have sliding doors to the loggia. The first bedroom is decorated as a super cute nursery and the adjacent master bedroom has a beautiful walk in closet, which immediately attracts attention thanks to the black frontage with glass.
Loggia:
The loggia is a wonderful place to sit “outside,” which is a wonderful place to stay even in less-than-perfect weather. If the temperature is right, you open one or more windows and there is an optimal connection with the outside. Wind, rain and other weather conditions are no hindrance when you sit delightfully behind the glass.
Parking:
There is plenty of public, free parking around the apartment complex.
Surroundings:
Will you soon live in Zaandam, but work in the area? From Zaandam station it is only 12 minutes to Amsterdam Central Station and after about 20 minutes you are at Schiphol Airport, where the whole world is at your feet. Very convenient is the bus stop around the corner with good connections to the station, hospital, the Zaanse Schans, Beverwijk and Amsterdam (Noord/Noorderpark). By car you will be on the A7, A8 and A10 ring roads in no time.
