This spacious villa is located between the vast dunes and the sea with long sandy beaches and cosy restaurants in Zandvoort South. The design is inspired by the surroundings, the landscape and where a dream has been created of a home that has developed with patience and curiosity where within the design the needs of the family have been considered. The symmetry of natural and modern materials and distinctive sightlines together provide a foundation of the design. The sloping roof in which a roof loggia has been created for both master bedrooms, the full-width balcony divided into private balconies for each bedroom, the pergola at the front, the covered veranda at the rear, the flat roofs on one side of the living room and on the other side of the guest/ au pair accommodation, give the villa a peaceful character. The result is a family villa where a unique balance has been created in the interaction between indoor and outdoor living. The Family Villa has sufficient space for several cars at the front, outside on private property, as well as being possible again in the basement/garage. A wide staircase leads to the entrance on the bel-etage where you enter a spacious and bright hall with stairs to the first floor, the living kitchen, the family terrace, the two livings and the guest/ au pair stay with enclosed private terrace. The living kitchen with cooking island and spacious dining table is the heart of the villa. This is where family & friends gather to cook, eat, celebrate and enjoy together. The living kitchen has a fine connection to the family terrace and whether you enjoy cooking inside or lighting the barbecue outside, will go as a matter of course. The adjacent covered veranda offers shade on hot days and the comfort of enjoying the balmy summer evenings for longer, extending the outdoor season. The two livings are adjacent and connected by large steel French doors on each side. Both livings offer the space for tranquillity, good conversations, a movie night, music and gives the ultimate experience to the terrace and a beautiful view of the vistas of the countryside. The second floor is divided into two identical master suites, each with a particularly distinctive ambience defined by panoramic views over the dunes or sea views beyond. Each suite has large windows with wide shutters on the outside providing privacy, security and natural light, a separate bathroom and a deep roof-loggia to enjoy a private spot with sea breeze. Subtly located in a beautiful, almost untouched environment, the villa gives you the best of both worlds with the peace and luxury of home to a lovely walk or bike ride through the dunes where fallow deer and konik horses roaming free can be admired. Or with your feet in the sand and surfing the waves of the North Sea with its kilometres-long and beautiful sandy beach and the bustling and culinary restaurants and beach bars along the promenade where you can enjoy delicious food, a cup of coffee and trendy cocktails and fun boutiques.
