The parallel road labeled residential area was a blessing when the children were still small and could play safely in front of the door, as well as the playground and field in the park. Quickly do some shopping at the AH, bakery or butcher where you are in 1 minute drive is also very easy. The center, a five-minute drive away with free parking everywhere, is also very nice. The good insulation of the house which removes a lot of ambient noise gives a lot of peace. Because we still live wonderfully here, we were not going to move. We have been busy for a few years replacing everything, redecorating and providing even more conveniences for another long period, but there was a nice ground floor place on our path that offers us a better future.
