Description

Sales started! On the western edge of Beek en Donk, between Pater Becanusstraat, Oostbeemdweg and Staartweg, a nature-inclusive housing plan is being developed. The plan, consisting of 65 houses, offers space for terraced houses, semi-detached houses, detached houses and free-sector building lots. The plan area will also include 5.5 acres of nature, directly adjacent to the stream valley. The 20 Ruimte voor Ruimte building plots (ranging from approximately 718 m2 to 1,562 m2) are situated along the outer edge of the plan, with the majority of them embedded in the landscape with bushes and wooded areas. At the entrance from Padre Becanusstraat, one building plot is designated for a long-gabled farmhouse. The southern farmyard, adjacent to the stream valley, consists of an ensemble of farm and barn volumes around a common yard. This farmyard is landscaped with herb-rich fields, fields, an orchard, tree meadow and a robust wooded enclosure. The long-gabled farmhouse and farmyard serve as a reference to the special archaeological discoveries made on site. To be considered for a lot, you must register through the project website (spaceforspace.com). Registration is possible until November 27, 2024 9 a.m. at the latest.
