Allocation criteria:
General rental conditions
- Single earner: 3.5 x gross monthly rent as income requirement (incl. fixed allowances and vacation pay);
- Two earners: the second gross salary counts for 1/3 (exception: both AOW, then both salaries are fully counted, both permanent contract please consult);
- One month deposit;
- For a year contract, the same income requirement with an increased deposit of 3 months;
- ZZP'ers: the same requirement with an increased deposit of 3 months;
- With a minimum salary of 75% of the income requirement, a third party guarantee is required for one year's rent;
- Pets only after permission;
- If you receive a pension benefit, different conditions apply.
