New construction project Staalmeesters Fijnaart; Sales start on August 27, 2024! Staalmeesters is a varied plan where the toughness of the steel factory and the greenery of the new neighborhood come together. There will be 34 single-family homes, 6 three-under-one-detached houses, 16 semi-detached houses and 1 detached house. The homes have their own identity with a nod to the former ZNS site. The homes are sustainable, gas-free and equipped with a ground source heat pump, shower drain heat recovery and underfloor heating and cooling as standard. The houses are equipped with underfloor heating and cooling. Thanks to the ventilation system, you always have fresh and clean air in your home. The homes are equipped with a complete kitchen and sanitary facilities as standard. Do you want customization? Everything is possible at the THUIS showroom. From the front door you can step straight into the liveliness or simply seek out the peace and quiet among the green trees and wadis.
