Burgundian Limburg with cities like Roermond, Sittard, Maastricht and Weert and many villages is the perfect place for a holiday at home. Eindhoven is about half an hour's drive away and Utrecht is just over 130 kilometres from Resort Boschmolenplas. Ground floor Park your car on private property and walk to the entrance of this fantastic holiday home, where you forget the daily hustle and bustle and fully enjoy nature. The hall is a nice space with the meter cupboard and the modern toilet room, divided with a wall closet and hand basin. Your eye catches the stylish tiled floor, which is on almost the entire ground floor. The living room with bay window is a fantastic living space with optimal garden contact and a nice division between the sitting and dining areas. Eye-catchers are the fireplace near the seating area and the beautiful colours on the walls. Thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows, the living room is wonderfully light. The semi-open kitchen has a bright corner unit with a gas hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge and combination oven/microwave. Here you can prepare a delicious holiday breakfast, an extensive lunch and the barbecue equipment in no time, until the right cooking temperature has been reached. Very handy is the utility room with its own entrance, extra storage space and washing machine. Because washing while on holiday is an advantage, especially for a family and the active sportsman on holiday here. A big advantage is the bedroom with bathroom on the ground floor, which makes this holiday home the ideal holiday spot for a broad target group. The bedroom is well laid out with a double bed and the laminate flooring matches well with the colours on the plastered walls. The bathroom is laid out with a shower and sink. First floor On the first floor are two spacious bedrooms, making this property suitable for 6 people. Both bedrooms, like the downstairs bedroom, have nice laminate flooring and the built-in wardrobes offer space for clothes, so you can really unpack your suitcase of clothes. And the view at the back? To frame! Adjacent to the landing are not only the bedrooms, but also a sauna and the second bathroom with a bathtub/shower, wall closet and a washbasin. The large skylight provides plenty of light and the closet offers space for grooming supplies.
