Het hele traject van de verkoop verliep zeer soepel. Er werd snel gehandeld bij het opstarten van de verkoop en er was een duidelijk plan gemaakt. Ook de korte lijnen met de desbetreffende personen verliep soepel. Kortom, zeker aan te bevelen.
