Omdat het aangekochte pand voor ons in een onbekende regio ligt, was het extra belangrijk om de vraagprijs op waarde te schatten en een onderbouwde richting te krijgen voor een reëel bod. Dit is door Vincent en zijn team prima uitgevoerd, waardoor wij een woning konden kopen die zelden op de markt komt. De begeleiding tijdens het verdere aankoopproces was heel plezierig en attent, we werden goed op de hoogte gehouden. Het traject is binnen drie weken afgerond, heel fijn.
