Enthousiaste en gedreven makelaar, Jochum en Suzanne zijn prettig in de omgang. Wij hebben zelf de regie genomen over de inrichting van de woning, wat meer hieraan gedaan dan geadviseerd. Ook hebben we voorafgaand aan de verkoop de zolderetage verbouwd tot woonruimte omdat dit de opbrengst per m2 ten goede komt ((advies andere makelaar). De ondersteuning van de backoffice van LEEF is fantastisch, wederom prettig in de omgang, behulpzaam, alert en accuraat. Een goede aanvulling op het Makelaars team. De verkoop zelf is vlot verlopen, hoewel de belangstelling wel wat minder was dan verwacht is dit deel van het proces is effectief afgehandeld. Wij hebben een spannende periode met een goed gevoel af kunnen sluiten.
