Description

We mediate in the purchase or sale of homes in the South Kennemerland region. Additionally, we conduct property appraisals. With these appraisals, we help our clients determine the value of their home for purposes such as applying for bridge financing or a mortgage. In all of these tasks, we represent our clients to the best of our ability. Furthermore, we relieve our clients of almost all the hassle and challenges that come with the buying or selling process by either taking them over or simplifying them.

This office is a member of the NVM.

With over 4400 affiliated real estate agents/appraisers, the Dutch Cooperative Association of Real Estate Agents and Appraisers (NVM) is the largest membership organisation for real estate agents, appraisers and property experts. An NVM real estate agent is an expert in the field, is personally engaged and makes buying or selling a house a hassle-free process.

    Hele fijne en kundige makelaar voor de begeleiding bij de aankoop van mijn woning. Prettig contact en snelle acties/reacties. Lange zoektocht geweest vanwege krappe huizenmarkt maar altijd eerlijk advies gekregen. Onderhandelingen zijn dankzij Barnsteen uiteindelijk soepel verlopen en na aankoop was er ook aandacht voor een stukje nazorg.

    Team Barnsteen makelaars is heel goed in staat om persoonlijke wensen te vertalen naar de aan- en verkoop van mijn huizen. Door mee te denken en te handelen en vooral te luisteren met realistische blik en mensenkennis. Samen een plan maken en duidelijke afspraken, dat is heel fijn!
