Who is JandeMakelaar?
JandeMakelaar was founded by NVM estate agent/valuer Jan Hendrik Leenheer. Raised in Hoofddorp and living in Nieuw-Vennep for 17 years now. A real local who has been active in real estate for 20 years, of which the last four years with its own full-service NVM real estate agency. The office now has two super nice colleagues, Fenna Kiebert and Sanne Gortzak.

The best part of our job is the contact with people, clients, but also potential buyers. Everyone has their own story and each their own wishes. As a real estate agent, the trick is to respond to this in the right way. Professional knowledge, empathy and meeting agreements are the most important qualities of a real estate agent. Our office:
Our office is located in a representative office space on the Debbemeerstraat in Hoofddorp Noord. We share the office with HSH Schilderwerken, FIN lawyers & tax specialists and Millen3um VVE management. The office is easily accessible by car and there is ample free parking. Consciously no visible location, we believe in good online visibility. After all, the buyer of your home also uses the internet.
