072wonen is the NVM rental specialist and one of the few NVM offices that specializes purely in rental, leasing and management of real estate. From April, 072wonen has merged with Broekman Makelaars. This collaboration represents an exciting step forward in our growth and services.

The rental and management departments of both real estate agencies will be merged. To ensure that the integration runs smoothly, Hans will of course continue to fulfill his familiar role. In addition, our team is being expanded with a number of experienced employees. Due to the expansion of the team, our office will be located at Geert Groteplein 21 in Alkmaar from April 1. This has been an existing branch of Broekman Makelaars for several years.

Looking back on our history, Hans van Beusekom started in 2009 with the takeover of the Rotsvast-Groep Alkmaar at the historic location on the Kanaalkade in Alkmaar. In 2012, the collaboration with the Rotsvast Group was terminated and 072huren was marketed as an independent rental agent. In 2015, the name was changed to 072wonen. Over the years, 072wonen has developed into one of the larger players in the Greater Alkmaar region in the field of real estate rental and management.

We are convinced that the merger with Broekman Makelaars is a positive development that combines our strengths and knowledge and takes our services to an even higher level.
