Met zijn grondige kennis van de markt in Hengelo kom Christian direct een waardebepaling doen, en overleggen wat de beste strategie zou zijn. Ook over andere onderdelen van het (ver)koopproces konden wij goed sparren, want hij luisterde goed naar mijn wensen en wist op welk niveau hij zijn inbreng moest insteken. Christian gaf mij de ruimte om zelf te beslissen en de informatie die ik daarvoor nodig had. Daardoor voelde ik mij prima ondersteund.

De makelaar is meer dan prima. Goede contact en duidelijke afspraken. Deze werden ook netjes nagekomen. Begeleiding verliep fijn en netjes.
