In 1991, Karin Eveleens was sworn in by the Haarlem court as one of the youngest female real estate agents and appraisers in the Netherlands. Shortly thereafter, she opened her own office in Aalsmeer. Time flies! Almost 35 years later, with her enthusiastic and professional team, Karin has secured a solid position in the real estate market in Aalsmeer and the surrounding area.

Martijn van Dam creates promotional videos of 'our homes' for our office using our own photo and video material. Karin Eveleens is a certified NVM real estate agent and appraiser and has completed the post-HBO NVM Housing Market Consultant training. She appraises both residential and commercial properties and advises both private and business clients on housing matters.
