“Our house was sold in 1 day with an overbid of 10% and was evaluated at the start by Nieuw Makelaar 5% higher than elsewhere. Nieuw! Makelaar really knows the market and will tell you the real value of your house, especially if in Amsterdam West, Zwanenburg, Halfweg and surrounding area. Commission was 1% inclusive of VAT and all costs (professional photography, meetrapport). The house was fully renovated and in a nice location in Amsterdam, but we could not imagine a sale process smoother and faster than this. Follow Raymond's advice, upload diligently all documents on the Move portal, prepare your house for the photos and the visits and you too will sell your house quickly.”

    Ons oog was gevallen op een prachtige woning. Nieuw Makelaardij heeft ons fantastisch geholpen om deze woning aan te kopen tegen een goede en realistische prijs. Ze hebben verstand van de markt en weten een goede inschatting te maken omtrent de biedingen. Ze hebben ons geholpen om de rust te bewaren in het manoeuvreren in een onrustige huizenmarkt waarin je snel moet schakelen. Altijd goed bereikbaar!

    Wij hadden vrij onverwachts een nieuwe woning gekocht en moesten dus snel schakelen en onze oude woning verkopen. Nieuw Makelaardij heeft ons razendsnel geholpen met goed advies. Met een nuchtere kijk op de markt, korte lijntjes en kennis van zaken hebben zij ons fantastisch bijgestaan in dit proces.
