Ids Boelen is the best makelaar I could have hoped for. He always acted in my interest, advising me on the right time to purchase based on the market dynamics and giving his expert opinion on the suitability and pricing of potential apartments. He accompanied me throughout the purchasing process, explaining things clearly and checking everything was in order. Even after the purchase, he continued to support me, for example by recommending contractors and giving his perspective on the planned renovations. I would highly recommend Ids Boelen and would work with no one else for the purchase or sale of a property in Amsterdam.
