Hi. We are AREA: Another Real Estate Agency, located in Amsterdam Oud-Zuid.


We’re also An Other Real Estate Agency. You see, we do things slightly different than your average real estate broker.


Every agency boasts that they’re highly professional, with tons of experience and a thorough knowledge of the local market, while we believe that in the sometimes-bewildering jungle that is the Amsterdam housing market selling (and buying) a home should be more than crunching numbers and heartburn inducing stress.

With over 4400 affiliated real estate agents/appraisers, the Dutch Cooperative Association of Real Estate Agents and Appraisers (NVM) is the largest membership organisation for real estate agents, appraisers and property experts.     Ontzettend fijn om een makelaar te hebben die je blindelings kan vertrouwen en die dingen regelt en oplost en daarmee het hele proces leuk maakt in plaats van stressvol en ingewikkeld. Ben echt perfect geholpen met alles, van de VvE tot de notaris, van de fotos tot de styling, van het opknappen tot het schoonmaken, voor alles had ze de juiste, vlotte en handige oplossing. Stephanie snapt precies wat er moet gebeuren en doet dat ontzettend goed.
