Namaco heeft als aankoopmakelaar een afspraak gepland voor bezichtiging. Tijdens de bezichtiging was Fijko met ons mee. Hij heeft de week daarop ons op de hoogte gehouden van de ontwikkelingen. Uiteindelijk heeft Namaco een bieding namens ons uitgebracht. Nog dezelfde avond belde Fijko ons op dat onze bieding was geaccepteerd. Klaas heeft daarna het gehele financiele stuk voor zijn rekening genomen. Wij hebben de korte lijn tussen Fijko en Klaas als erg prettig ervaren.

Namaco heeft onze woning in alle eerlijkheid beoordeeld, in de markt gezet en ons in dit proces begeleidt. De verkoop verliep iets anders dan gewenst waardoor we verschillende stappen moesten zetten. Namaco heeft hierin de juiste adviezen gegeven en kon op de juiste momenten snel schakelen. We konden alle vragen stellen. Het gehele team heeft uitstekend werk verricht.

Helemaal goed en mooi persoonlijk contact. Open gesprek met passende deskundigheid. Geen verrassingen in het proces en als er vragen waren of overleg nodig was vonden we elkaar heel snel.
