Er werd goed naar onze wensen geluisterd en als er aanpassingen nodig waren werd dit snel opgepakt. Erg flexibel met ons helpen aangezien wij de woning te koop hadden gezet terwijl er een huurder in zat omdat wij voor langere tijd in het buitenland verbleven .

De Vos valt positief op door zijn snelle, doelgerichte aanpak en nuchtere kijk op zaken. Prettig is vooral zijn constructieve manier van meedenken en de heldere adviezen die hij geeft, waardoor het verkoopproces prima verloopt. Een fijne professional die zijn vak verstaat.

De meerwaarde van een goede makelaar is niet om zomaar een koper te zoeken, maar om de juiste liefhebbers voor de woning te selecteren. Daarin is De Vos ook dit keer weer geslaagd. Dit is de tweede woning die we via De Vos verkopen en weer zeer tevreden.
