Valuations
Valuations may be needed for various purposes, such as making a purchase or sale decision for a property, taking out or refinancing a mortgage, during divorce proceedings, tax returns, etc. It is important that your property is valued correctly. We can perform a validated (residential) valuation for you, which is accepted by all financing providers. We are affiliated with the validation institute NWWI (Dutch Housing Value Institute). The NWWI aims to increase the reliability and transparency of home valuations and provides insight into how the assessed value is determined. All certified appraisers meet the highest quality standards derived from the NRVT (Dutch Register of Real Estate Valuers) regulations. The appraiser must be located within 30 kilometers of the property being appraised.
Silent Sales
When your property is offered for silent sale, we present it to a select target audience. The property is not visible to everyone but is offered within our extensive network, which includes many serious buyers. This way, you only receive inquiries from genuinely interested parties. No "For Sale" sign will be placed at the property, and you can decide whether you want the property listed on the website. This approach targets a narrower but more specific interested audience.
