My experience with this real estate agent fell short of expectations. There were some gaps in preparation and understanding of applicable taxes. The promotion of the property lacked creativity and effort, which may have impacted visibility to potential buyers. Communication could have been better, as responses were often delayed, and I felt there wasn’t enough proactive engagement throughout the process. I would have appreciated more guidance and consultation While the experience was not entirely negative, there is significant room for improvement in organization, communication, and overall client support.

Ik heb mijn eerste huis gekocht dankzij Esther van LaCle Makelaars. Zonder haar was dat nooit gelukt als starter en ondernemer, en al helemaal niet zo snel; het lukte binnen 48 uur en met een hele schappelijke overbieding, uniek in deze tijd. Esther is een kundige makelaar met een enorm netwerk en een schat aan ervaring. Ze weet heel goed wat ze doet en neemt je mee in het proces, zodat je zelf keuzes kunt maken op basis van de juiste informatie. Superfijn, transparant, en razendsnel! Als ik m'n huis ooit verkoop komt er een LaCle-bord op de gevel.
