Bob was altijd goed bereikbaar en helder in de communicatie. Hij was duidelijk in de strategie en gaf voldoende (maar niet teveel) ruimte voor eigen inbreng. Met de emotie die je als verkoper meebrengt kon hij goed mee omgaan.
