    Mijn vaste contact Rutger van der Harst is deskundig, vriendelijk, voorkomend en volhardend. Ondanks het langdurige en vaak moeizame proces bij de verkoop van dit 'lastige' pand heeft hij doorgezet zonder zijn goede humeur en zijn volledige inzet te verliezen. Chapeau!
