Hof van Delft Makelaardij is a household name in Delft and the surrounding area. As early the 1970's we recognized the growth potential of the city of Delft and decided o start our own real estate agency in 1980.

    Hoge professionaliteit en goede communicatie vanaf het begin! Het was een goede match en ik zal ze zeker aanbevelen aan anderen. Ze hadden gelijk met de prijs die we hadden afgesproken om te verkopen. Pragmatisch en met kennis van de markt.

    Ze was bereikbaar, we hebben haar service op het laatste moment gebruikt, dus we hebben niet te veel nagedacht en risico's berekend. We hebben onderhandeld over een paar punten in het contract met de verkoper en ze was erg succesvol. De prijs is een beetje hoog als we het vergelijken met de markt.
