After agreeing on details, she sent the offer and we got the apartment. She was all to the point with details before, during and after the purchase, very clear communication, straight to the point help. Final words on her enormous effort concerning getting in touch with the municipality for spijtoptantenregeling application: it was the last day before the transfer and she was able to make it a reality!
