Marijn van BB is een zeer kundige makelaar, en het team aldaar biedt goed en plezierig support. We waren heel blij met helder, alert en gedegen advies van een integere makelaar.

Jana was excellent in helping us to find our home. We felt that she really looked out for our interests and was able to steer us away from properties with potential flaws or that didn't suit our needs. In the end we ended up with a great flat and the process was low stress due to the diligence and attentiveness of our broker. Very pleased!

Being an expat in Amsterdam for a couple of years and having already mostly negative experiences from the very challenging local real estate market, I started looking to purchase an apartment in February 2023. Fizaad Goelaman is erg deskundig, vriendelijk en heeft ons erg goed geholpen bij het vinden van mijn nieuwe woning. Ook bij de onderhandelingen was hij erg kundig, wat er toe heeft geleid dat wij de eerste woning waarop wij geboden hebben konden bemachtigen! Verder is het kantoor telefonisch goed bereikbaar en was iedereen die mij te woord stond aan de telefoon erg vriendelijk :). Brinkborgh is zeker een aanrader.

Contact verliep heel soepel. Mijn makelaar heeft veel ervaring en kennis van de Amsterdamse woningmarkt. Natuurlijk kan niemand op elk moment z’n telefoon opnemen, maar dan kwam altijd dezelfde dag het contact toch tot stand. De financiering kwam bij deze aankoop pas op het allerlaatste moment tot stand en ook daarin was mijn makelaar professioneel en communiceerde goed. Fijn ook bij dit kantoor is dat als er bijv een bezichtiging moet plaatsvinden en je eigen makelaar kan niet, een ander gevonden wordt om in te vallen. In de beleving gaat dit naadloos.
