Our work with Roba is a showcase of her amazing expertise. I was looking for a house to buy about a year with another real-estate agency. With lots of viewings and unsuccessful offers. I ended my contract with them and started to work with Roba as my neighbor referred her. Then guess what? We bought a place in the 2nd viewing! Just like that!!! She's friendly and takes her job serious and makes sure that everything is going well. I've chosen 8 for communication for two reasons: First, before placing a bid, not everything has been checked with us. The other thing in the first notary appointment, instead of Roba we had her colleague. She was also great but a bit angry with us for no reason :)) In overall, I highly recommend the Living Real Estate if you want to buy a place in Amsterdam in a short time. It looks impossible with this market but they made it possible for my family <3

We zijn ontzettend prettig ondersteund door Roos Groen van Living Real Estate naar de zoektocht en aankoop van ons nieuwe huis. Door de snelle interactie (voornamelijk via whatsapp) konden we snel inspelen en reageren op de woningen waar onze interesse naar uitging. Hierdoor konden we snel handelen wat wij erg fijn vonden. Daarnaast werden we gedurende het hele proces ontzorgd en ondersteund, hierdoor konden wij bezig zijn met ons nieuwe huis en hoefden we niet al het papierwerk 100x door te lezen en alles uit te spitten.
