I would recommend my makelaar. Jeroen was a very nice and knowledgeable makelaar. We spoke to a few others but we felt strongly that he had a better idea of the neighborhood and could represent the uniqueness of the property. He explained the process well and set expectations well. We were worried about pricing and he was very good at assuring us we were well priced. We did encounter some problems that had to be sorted and I had hoped he would provide names of service people, but this wasn’t something he was able to do. Everything else he did was really well done. He communicated well and often, kept us informed and led us through a very stressful time with ease. Overall I’d give him a 9/10.
