Marloes helped me rent my apartment flat in Amsterdam two years in a row. In both times, I felt I was in goods hands and that she had my best interest in mind. Communication was smooth, fast and professional and friendly at the same time. She helped me enormously on each occasion, providing me support in everything I needed. She is very knowledgeable about the market as in what is currently happening and what is expected to happen. She is also up to date about the legislation and the changes that will occur the legislation. She also didn't hesitate to help me and my tenant after the renting took place when we needed her support. I couldn't wish for a better agent. I will certainly ask for her help also in the future.
