I hired Sander to help me find and buy an apartment in Central Haarlem. One of the smartest choices I've made. He's super knowledgeable on every aspect of the Dutch system, which works very differently from the UK. He gave me really clear advice at every step throughout the process and massively de-risked the purchase. That was particularly helpful in the tricky phases once my offer was accepted when there's time pressure. He was very responsive and authentically warm and friendly too - we had a really good laugh. All in all highly recommended especially for expats.

I was referred to Sander by a colleague. As a first time home shopper in a foreign country, I was nervous and had zero idea. Sander reviewed dozens of listings and answered my many basic questions with patience and responsiveness.
