Sander was amazing! As English-speaking expats, and first-time home buyers, I was terrified of the process for buying a house. Sander was really communicative, responding quickly and setting up viewings right away, and helped us navigate the Dutch housing market and system. He would also take the time to walk us through each document and explain the key points in English, and he had indispensable knowledgeable about the Haarlem housing market (re foundations, price points, common issues/questions that come up). I also liked that he worked on a flat fee basis, and not on a commission basis, so it did not feel like he was trying to upsell us on a more expensive home than what we wanted or needed.
