Heel erg tevreden met Lex als aankoopmakelaar. Duidelijke uitleg hoe zaken gaan (heel fijn als je starter bent), kennis van zaken. Denkt mee. Volgende keer ga ik weer met Lex in zee!

It was absolutely fantastic to have Lex as our makelaar. He was always at the viewings (or sent someone instead). He was always very involved - recommending what to pay attention to and what to expect from the next steps. We had a very convenient system to communicate, that saved us a lot of time! And he is also a very pleasant person to communicate with, open and charismatic, someone that we could trust, which is very important, as there are plenty of other things to worry about when buying a house!

Zeer behulpzaam, persistent, goede sparpartner, veel marktkennis, altijd goed gezind! Ik zou Lex ten zeerste aanraden!

Lex zit er bovenop en is een goede adviseur. Na onze eerste bezichtiging heeft hij het voor elkaar gekregen dat wij de woning gegund hebben gekregen.

Lex facilitated arranging multiple viewings extremely efficiently and helped to negotiate a great deal. Communication was great, which was very useful as I was only able to visit for short periods. I couldn't be happier with the process, from start to finish
