Het contact met de makelaar was goed. Binnen 2 weken was mijn huis op Funda. Daarna was het binnen 2 weken verkocht met overwaarde.

I would not recommend this agent.
1. Makelaar wilde te laag inzetten met de verkoopprijs.. 2 Te simpele tekst gebruikt voor Funda advertentie 3, Te negatief over de staat van onderhoud van de woning, terwijl de koper nergens een huis gezien dat zo goed in de verf zat en zo goed onderhouden was. 4. Makelaar heeft lang niet alle voordelen aan de evt. kopers laten zien w,o, opbergruimtes e,d.

I would recommend this agent.
They are very experts. Our agent gave us all the support necessary from start to finish. Good advises, knowing the market very well. The picture of the house are very real. No fakes perspective and the sizes of the rooms are very well respected. The price is correct and the service we received is premium, so I really recommend Elzenaar.
