We are super happy that we had Maaike by our side and would go to IQ Markelers again at any time if we wanted to buy or sell a house. Maaike was a fantastic help in purchasing our new house and showed great support and expertise throughout the whole process. There was very little time from the first viewing to the deadline for an offer, but Maaike was very supportive and responded to all our questions right away. She gave us helpful tips, both during the viewing, where she pointed out things we wouldn’t have noticed, and when submitting our offer and thus enabled us to submit an offer at short notice. She also went the extra mile and managed to organize an additional viewing for us at short notice. Also after the offer was made she was a very supportive and was always there to help us during the preparation of the purchase contract and the entire process. Without Maaike we would definitely not have been able to complete the purchase so quickly and smoothly.

Bij van M. Diemer heb ik een gerichte zoekopdracht uitgezet tot het zoeken van een appartement dat paste binnen mijn eisen. Deze hebben wij dan binnen zeer korte tijd tot realisatie gebracht en met goede onderbouwing heb ik mij uitstekend laten informeren door M. Diemer. Altijd punctueel en goed te bereiken, met een goed vooruitzicht op de stand van zaken. Zeer tevreden over.

Het contact met onze makelaar verliep heel goed. Prettig om geholpen te worden door iemand van mijn eigen leeftijd met kennis van zaken. Voor ons was het ook handig dat iQ pakketten aanbiedt die meer gericht zijn op het kopen dan op het kijken én kopen. Onze makelaar was er in het kijkproces wel voor ons wanneer we dat nodig hadden. Al met al een aanbeveling!

I am very grateful to Maaike Diemer from iQ Makelaars for helping me find and purchase this apartment. This was my first time buying an apartment and I don't speak Dutch. I used to think that buying an apartment in the Netherlands would be impossible, but Maaike made it a reality. She patiently explained the entire process to me, advised me about the apartment, raised potential issues during visits, and finally put a lot of effort into negotiating terms. Highly recommended, especially for expats!
