Eric helped us on every step of the purchase - he organized multiple viewing due to the some of the parts had to evaluated for the reparation. He managed to find us a proven builder that provided us with the costs evaluation. He helped a lot with the final price negotiations, so that we got some price off to the asking price. Thanks a lot!

Tom is naast zijn deskundigheid ook een mensenmens makelaar. Hij begrijpt dat de koop van een huis een beslissende rol is voor je verdere toekomst. Heeft veel geduld en is zeer ervaren! Goed bereikbaar. Prima makelaar om zaken aan hem over te laten. Daardoor kan ik hem zeker je aanbevelen!
