Maarten heeft ons perfect geholpen. Zeer betrokken, behulpzaam, snelle reacties & acties, en wellicht nog wel het belangrijkste in deze gekke markt; flexibel! Heeft een enorm netwerk, zet zijn klanten centraal, weet exact wat er in de markt speelt en kan bij elke stap in het process ondersteunen. Ik kan werkelijk iedereen deze partij aanbevelen voor koop en verkoop in de omgeving Haarlem.

Wij zijn van begin tot eind fantastisch goed geholpen door iedereen van Maarten van Vliet Makelaars. Mijn partner en ik hebben onze eerste woning gekocht dankzij hen. Wij beiden zijn ontzettend blue op dit gebied. Alle medewerkers hebben ons geïnformeerd waar nodig en geen vraag was ze te gek. Ook waren zij altijd bereikbaar en betrokken bij elke stap in het gehele proces van zoeken, naar bezichtigen tot bieden en uiteindelijk een woning aankopen die aan al onze wensen voldoet. Maarten and his team are just great! Their approach and focus on customer needs is remarkable.  Before meeting them we were at a stand still. With a history of many year of searching a house without success, disbelieve in the market and a long list of disappointing experiences with many makelaars. From the start we could tell that Maarten and his team had a different approach, more personal and more open from the get go! They really learnt our needs and started working with us. After accompanying us to many house visits they never failed to tell us why it was NOT the house for us. They built a lot of trust. Until that day when … well! … we finally found it, with confidence we made our bid, and got the house.  House is found, bid is won. Ok great! Well that’s not it. Then they also handheld us along the buying process with advises on all the steps of the way …(and beyond). Everything worked just as in a perfectly oiled machine. Thanks Maarten and team for your support and not giving up on us. You brought us from complete disbelieve in the market to having a beautiful house to our needs.

Na een tijd zelf zoeken, met Maarten die paraat stond en met ons was bij bezichtigingen, hebben we dan eindelijk onze nieuwe woning gevonden! We zijn erg te spreken over het verloop van aankoop, de communicatie en nu verkoop van huidige woning. Dank Maarten!
