I would recommend this agent.
They provide professional service and their pricing is reasonable. Different than most of other brokers they establish a contract prior to start working with you but this is to ensure that both parties are protected and actually it is also protecting the buyer.

I would recommend this agent.
A very nice experience with Meermakkelaars, whom we used to represent us both for the purchase of a new property and sale of our current property. They guided us seemlessly through the whole process, and made a very daunting task seem effortless. We had a very nice relationship with Laura, Paul and the back office who always kept us well informed at every stage of the process. We thoroughly recommend their services, particularly if you are an expat and navigating the complexity of the Dutch housing market!
