Liet deadlines van verstrekte optie aan potentiele koper verlopen. Heb zelf als verkoper moeten ingrijpen om de koopovereenkomst ondertekend te krijgen, ondanks herhaalde verzoeken dit af te handelen c.q. de verkoper te vrijwaren om met andere potentiele kopers in overleg te gaan.

Verkoop is prima verlopen. Binnen 10 dagen mijn appartement verkocht. Komt wel veel bij kijken maar begeleiding was goed.
