Prettig contact. Nuttige adviezen, maar wel fors aan de prijs. Uiteindelijk wel een mooi huis gekocht.

I would recommend this agent.
Het eerste contact was heel plotseling. Ik had het appartement bezichtigd, zonder tussenkomst van een makelaar. Moest daarna gelijk bieden. Heb toen Thoma ingeschakeld en 'help' geroepen. Alles verder perfect geregeld. Een dag later bleek dat ik de koper was. Ook goede nazorg gehad en nig steeds.

Grote deskundigheid en kennis van de markt, dit heeft ons erg geholpen. Qua communicatie is er nog wel wat te winnen, vooraf afspraken maken over direct contact kantoor of direct makelaar en via welk medium de voorkeur heeft zou van toegevoegde waarde zijn.

De heer Vos die mij bijstond bij de aankoop van het appartement is heel vakbekwaam en heel erg toegankelijk en behulpzaam. Kortom niets dan lof!
