This is the second time we used Work Makelaar but now as selling agent and thanks to Wil we managed to sell our house very quickly. He responds fast and is easily accessible, thinks proactively, explains well which steps are being taken and goes with all. He is very good at negotiations that in the end helped us a lot. Very positive experience from working with Wil. He knows market very well and has great ideas how to position property for sale. We set ambitious goal and we achieved it.
