I chose Arjan because I realized he is very proactive, and I wouldn’t need to follow up with him myself. After we started working together, I saw that I was right. He was great at keeping track of our requests, and there was never a need to remind him of anything. I don’t recall ever having to follow up on any matter. For each house viewing, we would go over the property documents together, and he always pointed out important details. I recommand him
