A country estate with country houses in the Gooi style. The four villas are located on Landlustpad at the Langeraarse Plassen in the municipality of Nieuwkoop. The size of the plots varies from approximately 1,250 to 2,260 square meters. Each villa has its own identity. With that comes its own names: Villa Voorhout, Villa Warmond, Villa Heemstede and Villa Vogelenzang. The villas are designed in the style of Gooi villas, with rich detailing. With a usable area of nearly 180 to over 272 square meters, they offer plenty of living space. Large windows provide plenty of light and views. Naturally, the villas are sustainable and energy efficient, with a heat pump combined with underfloor heating and top cooling. From November 1, 10 a.m., it is possible to register for one or more villas of your preference. To do so, download the registration form on the project website. The completed and signed registration form can be mailed or handed in to one of the brokers. Registration closes on Monday, November 18, at 10:00 a.m. The date of receipt of the registration does not affect the allocation.
