  Paykar was not only a very experienced broker, knowing very well the market, the rhythm of the transaction, conceiving the right strategy for a winning outcome - she went way beyond the remit of our terms and conditions, giving advice on the mortgage process, the quality of the target property and the hidden potential costs that were not obvious. She showed a very high degree of professionalism when dealing with the seller party, playing fair and remaining highly ethical in a very agressive market - a value that I treasure a lot. Last but not least, she was a very pleasant personality to engage with, fun and empathetic, spending many extra hours on advising or just listening our inevitable concerns in this very important project.
