Lange zoektocht geweest aangezien ik een starter ben, maar dankzij Fris is het toch gelukt. Je kan snel en makkelijk schakelen met deze makelaar, aanrader!

I meet with my agent Steven while he was a selling agent of a property, I had a nice first impression and decided to work with him and FRIS as a purchasing agent. On my searching, I was quiet clear on what I look for in terms of location, space, price range kind of aspects. But bidding, negotiation, legal and handover processes are a bit unclear to me, He is very trustworthy person and helped me a lot on the each and every step of the purchase. He most of the time took the lead on communication with the counterparties. But also whole Fris coworkers helped also on making appointments, arranging files, etc.. and lastly, I found a nice note card and a cutting board as a gift in my new place! All in all, thank you FRIS :)

Having Fris assistance has been a pleasure. Steven, our makelaar, has been very supportive not only with the search of the houses, but also with translating conversations or ads that were only in Dutch, and mentioning tips to succeed in our house-hunting. Patricia has also been very helpful setting up all the meetings and replying to our emails as fast as possible. In addition to it all, Fris works with a software that makes the search of the houses way easier. And they have an agreement with a Financial advisor which simplifies all the paperwork a lot. Last but not least, we also want to mention their human approach and support. Fris is friendly and gezellige team, they respect their clients and understand their needs, desires and fears.
