1. The broker seems to be a nice person but always very busy, most of the time delayed in action (meaning i have to ask for several times till I can get response/result from them)
2. There are many things that I only realized because my friends told me, which should have been advised in advance by the broker (if they are experienced enough). Eg: 1) There are a lot small holes in the house, which I thought the buyer (me) needs to fix, but the broker should have advised me to negotiate with the seller, 2) The related documents of the house was only sent to me on the last day to sign the contract (if it was sent earlier, they would help me better in making decision), 3) The thing that the house is in social housing area is also not clarified to me as the broker thought I only buy the house without selling in the future ...
3. After sale, there are some problems with the house that I need their support to deal with the seller. But it seems even harder to get their response
4. They should really review their partner's company quality:
+ Technical inspector can not find out an obvious problem with the gas boiler. Their report said the gas boiler is good. But on my day 1 moving in, it makes a super big noise like a truck starting. I had to call Feenstra. They said the gas boiler was not well maintained for many years, also one of the heater was not on. I understand the inspector may not check inside of the gas boiler deeply, but this issue is so obvious that one person who is not an expertise can still realize
+ Notary keeps providing wrong final bill for several times, that is different from their quotation. Luckily after back and forth email, they still agreed to update
