Goede en vakkundige begeleiding gedurende het proces door Herman Heijer. Hij kent de markt erg goed en kon ons heel goed adviseren. Zeer tevreden over de professionaliteit en het uiteindelijke verkoopresultaat.

In 2010 and 2016 Kinneging & Heijer helped us purchase the apartments we wanted. Vincent can get you the apartment you want, I would definitely recommend as a purchase makelaar. Due to this previous experience, we contacted them to ask them to help us sell the apartment we were living in. We started preparing for the sale on October 2023. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend them as selling makelaars. There was no real sales strategy, the pricing was completely off (they did not explain the effect of the erfpacht on the price), and the viewings process was excruciating (a viewing or two per day, every day), this is on top of some sloppy mistakes. The sale took 3 months from the moment the advertisement appeared on funda, that tells you everything.

Herman van K&H makelaardij was fantastisch ! Niets was te veel en alle stappen werden besproken. Zijn communicatie is direct, duidelijk en open Ook zeer goede adviezen met betrekking tot de verkoopstrategie en eventuele valkuilen die zich in het verkooptraject zouden kunnen voordoen. Absolute aanrader !!!

Fantastisch geholpen, geen moeite was teveel! Goede adviezen gegeven! Voor ons was het een moeilijke situatie maar we werden goed geadviseerd.

Veiling is goed verlopen. Begeleiding op de veiling uitstekend. De opbrengst overtrof ruimschoots het te vorderen bedrag. Jammer dat de woning niet voorafgaand aan de veiling onderhands is verkocht.
